WhereToSeeAurora respects your privacy — no accounts, no cross-site tracking.

Location

If you search or share your location, it's used only to compute your local aurora chance. We don't store it.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (PostHog EU, Vercel Analytics) to see which pages are useful in aggregate.

Forecast data

Live aurora data is requested from NOAA SWPC. Outbound tour links lead to third parties with their own policies.

Advertising

We may show advertising to keep the site free; where required you'll be offered a consent choice.
